1. What's the difference between a Google Virtual Tour and an Enhanced Google Virtual Tour?

But here's how our tours are different & what makes them so much more valuable to you; after creating your Google Virtual Tour, we then place an overlay of content (including text, links, photos, videos, etc.) on top of your tour that lets you talk to & engage with prospective customers as they explore your establishment. We also put in a navigational menu, which directs customers to the places you want them to visit. Within a few clicks or taps of the finger, they'll have explored your property, and now they're that much closer to book (A Google study says people who view a tour are 2x as likely to book/visit).

Eagle Ray Productions has a staffed Google Trusted Photographer, with Expert status, and we have the capabilities to place your virtual tour on Google so they can be seen via the "See Inside" on your Google listing (and can help you create a Google listing if you do not have one currently). While other photographers offering virtual tours can create great virtual tours for you, they are not able to place them on Google, so their tours will only be visible on your website or other pages. Because their tours aren't associated with Google, publishing their tours does nothing for your search engine optimization (SEO) or Google Business listing.

Quality is very important to us! We take the time to create each individual panoramic image by hand. We want to make sure your tour meets our high quality standards. Our turnaround time will vary depending on the size of the tour, but your tour should be on Google anywhere from 2-4 weeks from your final shoot date!

6. I've scheduled my tour, what's next?
Great, we're excited to work with you! Sit tight until your scheduled shoot date. Feel free to tidy up your space before we come. After your shoot, we will stitch, upload & edit your panoramic & still images, and then upload your tour straight to Google. We expect your tour to be up and running on Google within 2-3 weeks!
7. When is the most ideal time for a shoot?
We want to present your place of business to the world at its best state. So it would be best to shoot during the daytime when your business is less crowded, in order to see the excellence of your establishment. If you are a store, making sure your best products/services are front & center is a great way for you to prepare for us to capture the essence of your business! When you contact us, we will work with you directly to find out the best time to shoot your virtual tour based on your location, type of business & the lighting your business receives during the day.
8. What do you do when you come to shoot the tour?
First & foremost, we will be identifying the path that we want the tour to follow. Also - please let us know if you want us to blur out certain things, such as price tags, etc. We will then set up our equipment and photograph hundreds to thousands of HDR images of the entire space (which we stitch together post-shoot to create our high quality panoramic images). When we’re done, we will let you know the expected time for it to be on Google, and we’ll be on our way. Super easy, and requires nothing from you whatsoever!
9. Where on the Internet will you put my Enhanced Virtual Tour?
We will place the tour on your business' facebook page (with admin access or username & password) and we will also give you an embed code to easily place your tour on your website! Your tour will have its' own URL, as well, making it easy to share on all social media platforms!
10. How do I put my tour on my website?
Google virtual tours are extremely easy to place onto your website! We will supply the embed code to you, and all you'll have to do is copy & paste the code onto any page you'd like. You can also forward the email with the embed code over to your web designer, and they will have no problem placing it. If you need assistance, we will try to help the best we can if you have any issues or questions!
